- Can't you switch resolutions mid-way through the screen (I think
- Lasers and Men did that). The screen could swap from 160x100 to 320x200 for
- the status bar then. Or was that an emulated mode itself?

- I think the idea of forcing the screen into 320x200 when switching
- on the map is a good idea (Can't remember who suggested that) but it should
- be configurable (you might not want the game to slow right down if you're
- running around trying to find your way out of a tricky situation).
